Bed Bugs (Cimex lectularius) Adults are approximately6mm in length Generally a nocturnal parasite, but will adapt to suit sleeping habits- all stages of development feed on blood, mainly human, and will sometimes feed on dogs, cats and rodents
Bed Bugs are not known to carry disease, but bites can cause an allergic reaction, Heavy infestations can be accompanied by a distinct musty smell The female lays eggs in crevices at a rate of 4 - 5 day. and goes through 5 nymph stages before reaching full adult development Insects may be transferred on furniture, and bedding, and maybe carried on luggage Our treatments for Bedbugs are thorough, and very successful, using a residual insecticide,we also offer a monitoring service in order to detect any future infestation at an early stage for very heavy infestations we offer a heat treatment combined with insecticidal spray treatments; whereas this option is not cheap, it is guaranteed to kill everything!!
