 The Oriental Cockroach pictured, is quite different fromThe German Cockroach.
These are the 2 main cockroach pests found throughoutparts of the UK

The Oriental Cockroach favours moist areas, cool temperaturesand breeds well in areas where humidity is highsuch as basementsEach female can produce up to 150 young in a year
The German cockroach can produce up to 6 egg cases in her lifetime, each containing up to 40 eggs, very few adults are needed to create a sizeable infestation
Monitoring is required to determine the extent of infestationprior to treatment
